The veteran filmmaker, who garnered recognition for directing numerous acclaimed films, proved he is also health-conscious .

Taking to Instagram on Monday, May 26, the Krrish director posted a video showing himself boxing, lifting weights, and working out with his trainer.

He captioned the impressive clip, “It’s not about being healthy – it’s about feeling your best every day.”

The 75-year-old’s children were quick to react in the comments section.

Hrithik, the proud son, commented, “Uff damn! Too goo papa!”

Additionally, Sunaina Roshan expressed her admiration, calling her father an “ironman”.
