Pankaj Tripathi makes a bold confession about new entrants as he reflects on gaining exposure in the industry.
The Mirzapur actor, who is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Criminal Justice 4, drew parallels between newcomers and experienced actors.
During an exclusive interview with Hindustan Times, Tripathi explained why it's crucial in the current times to have a PR team that can look after an actor's fame and popularity.
Citing example of the Laapataa Ladies cast, the actor told the outlet, “Many new talents are able to make their place in the hearts of the audience, like the actors of Laapataa Ladies. They do good work, they just do not have PR machinery to get their work appreciated.”
In addition, the OMG 2 actor highlighted that newcomers also struggle to connect with influential media due to fewer prospects.
On professional front, Pankaj is all set to star in the latest instalment of Criminal Justice franchise- A Family Matter.
The actor will reprise his role as lawyer Madhav Mishra in the film, which has now been postponed to May 29.
