Akshay Kumar's 'Housefull 5' coming out with an exciting new 'twist'

Akshay Kumar has shared first glimpse of his much-awaited film, Housefull 5.

The upcoming comedy drama directed by Tarun Mansukhani is bringing a star-studded cast including Akshay, Ritesh Deskmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Chitrangada Singh and Johnny Lever.

Taking it to his Instagram, the Hera Pheri actor shared the first teaser revealing the new plot twist and welcoming some new veteran stars to the franchise.

“15 years ago, today…. The madness began! India’s biggest franchise is back with the 5th installment, and this time it is not just chaos and comedy… but a KILLER Comedy!”

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the new Housefull sequel has also introduced veterans Jackie Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Nana Patekar in the movie. Meanwhile, Fardeen Khan will also feature in the movie for a pivotal role.

The fifth entry promises laughter, madness and full-on family entertainment. It is slated to come out in theatres on June 6.

The first film of the series released back in 2010 that featured Akshay and Ritesh, the two constant heroes of the franchise, along with Lara Dutta, Deepika Padukone and Arjun Rampal.
