Kareena Kapoor’s yoga trainer, Anushka Parwani, recently revealed the secret behind the actress’ health and fitness.
The Crew star, who has long been an icon of health and beauty, was recently highlighted by her yoga trainer in an interview.
During an exclusive conversation with ETimes, Anushka shared, “She was my first ever student. There is so much to learn from her. She is very aware of her body. She always loved yoga and understands her body so well that we know when to push a little or when to shift to something lighter. Some days are just about breath work.”
Talking about the Jab We Met actress’ current fitness routine, she revealed, “Right now, we are very balanced. She is glowing. Sometimes I feel like there’s a torch behind her cheeks, it’s that beautiful.”
Anushka continued, “There has never been a time when she has said, ‘I want to lose weight.’ The most she’s ever thought about is maybe dropping a waist size.”
Revealing the Indian celebrity’s favourite exercise, she said, “She finds balancing poses like vrikshasana boring. But she always loves Surya Namaskar and backbends. Yoga is a lifestyle for her.”
The 44-year-old, who is married to Saif Ali Khan and shares two sons, Jeh and Taimur, with him, often shares glimpses of her fitness routine on social media.
On the professional front, Kareena was last seen in Singham Again alongside Ajay Devgn.
