Jennifer Aniston recalls moment she stepped out with 'no clothes'

Jennifer Aniston, legendary actress who is best known for her character as Rachel Green in 90s hit show Friends, has recently gave her fans a peek behind her vacations where fans caught her "completely naked."

The 56-year-old iconic star revealed the most unexpected place she was recognised as Rachel Green and shared how it happened while she was in a pretty awkward and vulnerable moment.

Jennifer shared with Travel+Leisure magazine: "Not surprising, but I've been in vulnerable places, like undressed in a steam room, or in a sauna or some sort of a spa either half-covered or completely naked."

However, The Morning Show star also admitted that she used to fear flying, but hypnosis is helping her let go of those scary thoughts and superstitions when she boards a plane.

She added: "I have an extreme fear of flying. But I have been doing some hypnosis lately, and one of the requirements is to remove all of those superstitions. I have not been doing the right hand, right foot—and now it's shockingly good!

"Plugging into a good meditation can get you through."

Jennifer Aniston revealed that she continues to battle with "over-packing" and is trying to figure out how to pack lighter.
