"Arden Cho announces her engagement to a mystery man after dating Ryan Higa
Arden Cho embarked on a new chapter of her life after getting engaged to the love of her life.
Offering a sneak peek from her romantic, beach side, flowery proposal, the Teen Wolf alum posted a montage of video and pictures on her Instagram account on Tuesday, April 8.
Notably, she didn’t reveal the identity of her boyfriend-turned-fiance other than confirming that he is not related to her profession, writing, "He fixes bones."
"Life’s wild, love is wilder," the Partner Track star captioned the collection of memories from her dreamy engagement. "He’s the calm to my chaos—the steady hand in my whirlwind life."
In the "Spoiler Alert" about her life, the actress and singer shared that her boyfriend bailed on her at the airport by going through a faster security screening process while she had to wait in the clear line.
"Turns out, he wasn’t being weird—he was nervously smuggling a ring through security like a dorky little spy, worried I’d spot it. (I was suspicious when he texted my friend about 'her surprise birthday dinner,' and now it all makes sense.)," she explained.
The Baby It’s You singer thanked her partner for his efforts, the surprise and "the most magical night in my favorite place" before wrapping her playful caption with, "Bad actor, but I love him even more for it. [red heart emoji]."
Her social media post captured the moment when her lover got down on one knee to propose to her, the newly engaged couple locked in a warm embrace and enjoying their quality time at the Maui beach.
Before the mystery man, Cho, 39, was romantically involved with the comedy YouTuber Ryan Higa for five years.
