Manisha Koirala reflects on the importance of having a partner as she opens up about missing companionship.
During an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, the actress, who earned acclaim for her groundbreaking role as Mallikajaan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi, spoke about the quality of life without a partner.
The Dil Se star shared her stance on having a partner as she went on to express, “Who said I don’t have one?”
Without hesitating to communicate further, she quickly added that she was joking, in order to avoid generating headlines later.
She added, “Yes and no, because I have made peace with who I am and the life that I have and if a companion has to walk into my life, I don’t want to compromise and let go of the quality of life that I have.
“If the companion can add to it and walk alongside, I am more than happy. But I don’t want to change what I have right now.”
In addition, Manisha concluded the concept of fate, revealing that she lets things run their course without imposing her will.
