According to the content rating forum, the Fashion Designer never really like the idea of Khan’s desire to work in films.

Where his entire family wished for his success, Gauri, on the other hand, wished for his movies to flop.

The reason behind this thought was she was finding it difficult to adjust in Mumbai soon after marriage.

Meanwhile, the Kal Ho Naa Ho star’s longed passion to become a part of showbiz was only possible by staying in the city.

Therefore, Khan promised his wife that they would return to Delhi if his acting career did not work out.

In a statement the 54-year-old producer added: “I kept wishing that all his films flopped, and we went back to Delhi. I didn’t care whether his Deewana or Baazigar did well. I didn’t see his movies."
