BTS J Hope tragic fall sparks concern among fans
J-Hope takes a tumble after being discharged from the military
J-Hope left fans concerned after a recent on-screen appearance.
The 30-year-old singer and dancer stumbled upon desks while gliding across the floor in order to escape from the zombies when he joined fellow BTS member Jin in a wild adventure on Run Jin.
After the episode was uploaded to YouTube, fans expressed concern about J-Hope’s well-being in the comments section.
"I got really scared—what if he gets hurt?" one fan wrote with a crying emoji.
"I hope he’s okay," added another.
"J-Hope... are you okay? You must be tired," a third fan commented, accompanied by a sad emoji.
However, some fans were convinced that the move wasn’t accidental. They believed J-Hope had employed a military manoeuvre inspired by his recent time in service.
"He didn’t stumble—it’s a military tactic used for quick recovery during evasive situations," one fan explained.
Others credited his background as a dancer, suggesting his smooth slide was a protective instinctive move.
"J-Hope sliding while sitting is fire! So smooth," one fan raved.
"Our brave guy went to the military, but he didn’t become braver when it comes to zombies," another joked.
The fall happened during a staged zombie attack in the reality show. Both, J-Hope and Jin, known for their fear of spooky elements, were visibly startled after they opened a closet in an abandoned hospital and were ambushed by zombies.
It is pertinent to note that the episode wasn’t filmed recently but was shot the day after J-Hope’s discharge from military service.
Additionally, fans were delighted to see the pair’s sense of humour on full display, even amid a playful scare and throughout the episode.
