Chris Rock shares his thoughts on United healthcare CEO killing
Chris Rock has recently made a shocking statement about UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson’s killing while hosting latest episode of Saturday Night Live on December 14.
In Chris’ opening monologue, the star jabbed at Luigi Mangione, who got arrested in connection to Brian’s assassination.
“We got Luigi. You know, and that's good,” he told the live audience.
The comedian stated, “I really feel sorry for the family. Everybody's fixated on how good-looking this guy looks.”
“If he looked like Jonah Hill, no one would care. They'd already given him the chair already — he'd be dead,” quipped Chris.
However, the Grown ups actor mentioned, “He actually killed a man — a man with a family, a man with kids. I have condolences.”
“I have real condolences for healthcare CEO. This is a real person, you know?” remarked the 59-year-old.
Chris then added, “But you also got to go, ‘You know, sometimes drug dealers get shot.’”
During the show, the comedian took a hilarious dig at Jake Paul and the recent boxing fight on Netflix against Mike Tyson which sparked outrage from some fans.
“Who is this Jake Paul? This 27-year-old punching a 60-year-old in the face. Is this what the white man has reduced himself to? Stop it!” said The Longest Yard actor.
Chris jokingly added, “Who's he going to fight next, Morgan Freeman? I hate Jake Paul. I got landlord hate for him.”
Amid his monologue, the comedian also took aim at Bill Clinton, president-elect Donald Trump, Elon Musk and also Jake Paul.
