Ranveer Singh reflects on his journey since Bollywood debut
Ranveer Singh opens up about his 14-Year journey in Bollywood
Ranveer Singh raises a toast to his debut film Band Baaja Baaraat, revisiting the time when his dreams became a reality.
The newly-turned dad took to his Instagram Stories on Tuesday, December 10, to offer an insight into successful film career fourteen years ago.
Posting glimpses from his rom-com with Anushka Sharma, the Bajirao Mastani actor expressed gratitude for the film alongside a caption that read, “14 years since Band Baaja Baaraat. When my dreams became a reality.”
Ranveer and his co-star Anushka shared beaming smiles as they struck a pose together in the photo.
Previously, Bhumi Pednekar, who was working as a casting director, shared her thoughts on the actor’s ‘phenomenal’ audition for the highly-acclaimed Yash Raj production.
Reminiscing about her memories from the Gully Boy actor’s audition for the Romance/Comedy back in 2009, the Indian actress said, "He is so phenomenal and such a wonderful person. When he entered our casting office in Juhu, the energy that we see now on the red carpet or while interacting with people—that is the energy he had at that time."
On professional front, Singh was last seen in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again, reprising his role as Simmba.
