Prince William's gives subtle nod to Prince Harry amid Kate Middleton's health crisis
Kate Middleton and Prince William's daughter Princess Charlotte could not control her emotions after noticing a big change in her dad's personality amid her mom's struggle to cope with health issues.
Charlotte broke down in tears when she saw the future King was following in her uncle Prince Harry's footsteps.
William, who's said to be thinking to end feud with the Duke of Sussex, once had a feud over Harry's beard. But now, he has grown his own facial hair in an apparent bond to his younger brother.
The Prince of Wales revealed his daughter's reaction to his facial hair during a an interview in South Africa, saying: : "Well Charlotte didn’t like it the first time. I got floods of tears, the first one I got a tears, so I have to shave it off. And then I grew it back.
"I thought, hang on a second and I convinced her it was going to be okay".
William went on admitting: "I couldn't be less relaxed this year, so it's very interesting you're all seeing that. But it's more a case of just crack on and you’ve got to keep going. I enjoy my work and I enjoy pacing myself and... (making) sure that I have got time for my family too."
On the other hand, King Charles III's younger son Harry has sported a beard for many years and it was at the centre of a falling out between the Duke of Sussex and Prince of Wales, according to reports.
Harry, in an interview ahead of the publication of his memoir Spare, explained how he had sought permission from Queen Elizabeth II to keep his beard on his wedding day in 2018. However, he made a public appearance clean-shaven in the following years.
