Tom Cruise adopts desperate measures to get rid of under-eye bag
Tom Cruise wants to slow down ageing process to look good on camera, says source
Tom Cruise is under lot of pressure to go under the knife to slow down ageing process.
A source spilled to RadarOnline.com that the Top Gun star is scared of cosmetic surgery for under-eye bags.
“He hates the idea of going under the knife because he's terrified that it could leave him looking like a caricature of himself,” noted an insider.
The source told the outlet, “Tom has seen so much bad plastic surgery in his time.”
It is pertinent to mention that the Hollywood star was seen with puffy eyes while filming on the set of Mission: Impossible series at England’s Battersea Heliport on October 10.
Earlier, GLOBE reported that Tom underwent cryotherapy chamber that doctors use to freeze and remove abnormal tissue.
The Oblivion actor set this chamber in his home, thinking that exposure to “cold temperatures keep ageing at bay, though not nearly enough, judging by the eye bags”.
“Tom has tried every possible noninvasive procedure to get rid of his under-eye bags and nothing has really helped,” said an insider.
The source continued, “It's a nightmare because his face is his moneymaker – he needs to look good on camera.”
“Everyone is telling him to bite the bullet and just get them fixed,” remarked an insider.
The source added, “It's a quick surgery and pretty much everyone these days does it, but Tom is still holding out.”
