Princess Anne has achieved a notable milestone amid King Charles's ongoing Duchy of Lancaster controversy.
The Royal Princess became the chancellor of the newly rebranded Health Sciences University (HSU), which was formerly known as AECC College.
As reported by The Business Magazine, Anne, who is known as the most hardworking royal, was presented with the honour during her visit to the campus.
After meeting with the students, staff and patients, Zara Tindall's mother also "unveiled a specially commissioned plaque to mark the occasion."
The vice chancellor of the university, Prof Lesley Haig, said: "It’s a tremendous honour to celebrate the official launch of Health Sciences University with the installation of Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal as chancellor."
"Today marks the beginning of a new chapter in our rich history of training and inspiring healthcare professionals."
