Billy Joel pours in love for daughter on her special day

Billy Joel wore his heart on his sleeve as he celebrated his youngest daughter Remy Anne's seventh birthday.

On Tuesday, October 22, the Piano Man hitmaker took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message for his daughter.

"Happy 7th birthday to our Remy Roo!" he began in the caption of a carousel featuring photos of the birthday girl.

"You complete our family. We can’t imagine life without you, and yet it often feels like it was just yesterday that you came into the world!" Joel, 75, continued, "Forever, our little baby girl."

He ended the post with a loving note, "Love, all of us [red heart emoji]."

The first image showed Remy beaming while sitting at a table adorned with a vibrant array of fruits on a yacht.

In the next slide, she cuddled with her dad, presumably on the same boat. The montage also included several family moments before concluding with a solo shot of Remy smiling at the camera.

In addition to Remy, the Grammy winner is a father to two other daughters: Alexa Ray Joel, 38, whom he welcomed in 1985 with his then-wife Christie Brinkley, and nine-year-old Della Rose Joel with his fourth wife, Alexis Roderick, who is also Remy's mother.
