Diljit Dosanjh is all set to begin his Dil-Luminati India Tour in India on October 26
Indian actor and comedian Vir Das recently slammed a X user on a post, who called him and popular singer Diljit Dosanjh as 'useful idiots'.
Das came out in support of himself and Dosanjh saying that he loves conspiracy and that they both did not pop out suddenly rather they have worked hard to reach where they are today.
Both the comedian and the singer are renowned superstars of India who are globally recognized. They do not just receive massive love from the fans worldwide but are also known to international figures as well including the Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau.
The user, while expressing his thought on social media, said that the two superstars propped up suddenly to the global scale and that they are benefiting from liaisons with top celebrities and getting gigs at global events.
He wrote: “Have you ever wondered why two very, very mediocre artists—Diljit Dosanjh and Vir Das have suddenly been propped up to global scale fame?”
“They’re suddenly benefiting from liaisons with top celebrities and getting gigs at top global events. Justin Trudeau went all the way to Diljit’s concert to welcome him as the 'guy from Punjab.”
Vir, to respond to the X user wrote: I love conspiracy nuts. I also love the insinuation that one has suddenly been propped up. I sell tickets; so does Diljit."
“I personally pay rental for every venue I book across the world and go directly to audiences who are kind enough to come see me. I’ve done so for fifteen years."
Both the Delhi Belly actor and the G.O.A.T singer are doing well in their careers.
Vir Das is currently looking forward to host the International Emmy Awards in New York this November. Whereas, Diljit Dosanjh is all set to begin his Dil-Luminati India Tour in India on October 26, reports India Today.
