Jennifer Lopez’s body language expert claims she fed off Ben Affleck’s energy

Jennifer Lopez’s $20 million project, The Greatest Love Story Never Told, has taken a dramatic turn. 

The singer's self-funded, three-part visual documentary, released on Prime Video in February, was intended to celebrate her romance with Ben Affleck. 

However, it seems the project hasn’t aged well, as the couple announced their separation just two months later.

According to body language expert Judi James, the documentary revealed underlying tensions in the relationship. 

Speaking to MailOnline, James noted that Lopez appeared to be 'feeding off' Ben’s energy, positioning herself to extract maximum drama from her narrative. 

Meanwhile, Affleck came across as 'childlike' and 'uncomfortable' on camera, highlighting the emotional strain he felt.

Despite Lopez’s own admission that she didn’t need to create the project but wanted to, it’s clear that the relationship dynamics were fraught. 

The couple's split, documented in divorce filings this month, suggests that the cracks in their romance were visible even during the making of the film.

James observed that the film seemed designed to address misconceptions about the glamorous life of the rich and famous, suggesting that Lopez aimed to dispel the myth that wealth and success make life a walk in the park. 

"The documentary appears to want to clear up any misguided illusions that being unfeasibly rich, talented, beautiful, and married to the love of your life is anything like the idyllic life outsiders might imagine," he explained.

James noted that Lopez's portrayal of herself in the film, marked by raw moments of vulnerability such as crying on camera and eating while emotional, appeared to maximize the drama of her "truth." 

The documentary's heavy soundtrack further accentuates this emotional intensity.
