Kajol makes surprising admission after working with Ibrahim Ali Khan

Kajol shared her experience working with Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan, revealing why she has been selective with her projects in recent years.

The 50-year-old actress, who debuted in Bollywood with Bekhudi, opened up to Variety about doing fewer projects with a career spanning over 32 years.

The Kuch Kuch Hota Hai star reflected on her experience working with Ibrahim, noting, “I want to work with people that I can tolerate. I don’t do too much work. That’s my motivation. I want to work with people I can tolerate for the entire amount of time that I am shooting with them.”

Previously, the veteran actress shared her stance on Bollywood’s evolution over the years.

Speaking to India Today in 2023, Kajol said, “Today, a film works on a formula and the styling and look of the character is based on that. Because of this, actors have lost their identity. Everyone is keen to glam up for the role, because that’s where the appreciation is.”

On the professional front, the star is gearing up for four different projects simultaneously, including Vishal Furia's Maa, which promises to be 'more than just horror’.
