Kurt Iswarienko signed divorce settlement with Shannen Doherty on her death day

Kurt Iswarienko, Shannen Doherty’s estranged husband, signed off divorce settlement with the late actress on the day she died, even though the Charmed alum signed the document a day before her passing.

According to documents obtained by Page Six on Monday, the Beverly Hills, 90210 star waived off spousal support and agreed for a “default or uncontested dissolution” of the marriage, which proves the couple settled their divorce outside of court.

As per the outlet, Doherty signed the settlement on Friday, July 12, while the photographer signed the agreement on Saturday, July 13, the very same day the former lost her life at age of 53, after battling with breast cancer for years.

“It is the mutual wish and desire of the parties to effect a full, complete, and final settlement of all their respective property interests, future and present, by this Judgment, and … completely resolve any and all issues relating to division of property, reimbursement claims and/or credits, spousal support, and attorneys’ fees and costs,” the documents states.

Doherty’s death was announced by her longtime publicist, Leslie Sloane, who shared that the actress passed away with those closest to her besides her.
