Kim and Khloe Kardashian recently received a conventional welcome at Mumbai hotel with shawls and flowers, celebrating the Indian tradition.
The SKIMS founder landed in Mumbai on Thursday, July 11, alongside her sister Khloe Kardashian for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's luxurious wedding.
The TV personality took to her Instagram Stories on Friday, June 12, to offer glimpses from her hotel in the same city.
The snaps featured the hotel staff greeting the Kardashians star with hospitality, including a sacred mark called 'tika' on her forehead, a shawl, and a vibrant bouquet of flowers.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum responded with a polite 'thank you,' as they proceeded with the rituals.
In addition, the 41-year-old's stories also showcased pictures of a marble elephant as well as flower garlands, also known as 'gajras.'
She wrote across the photo of herself greeting the paparazzi at the Kalina airport: "Hi India."
For the unversed, Kim sported a nude dress and dark sunglasses. Meanwhile, Khloe looked stunning in a white T-shirt and jeans.
Fans have gone gaga over their appearance in the multi-billionaire’s wedding, with one social media user commenting "Can’t keep calm as Kim is in India."
