Jennifer Gates expecting baby no. 2 with Nayel Nassar

Bill Gates’ daughter, Jennifer Gates, is expecting her second baby with her husband Nayel Nassar.

On Wednesday, June 27, she took to Instagram to share the joyous news. Jennifer posted a picture of herself gently cradling her burgeoning baby bump with one hand while holding her 16-month-old daughter, Leila, with the other.

"Leila, being promoted to big sister [two flying hearts emoji]," the caption read. For the picture, the medical professional posed in a long blue dress against a greenery-filled background, while Leila looked adorable in a white outfit.

The post quickly garnered warm wishes from her colleagues, fans, and friends.

Jennifer’s mother, Melinda French Gates, commented, "I couldn’t be more excited for you, Nayel, and Leila! Love you [heart emoji]."

Jennifer, 28, married Nassar on October 16, 2021. The couple welcomed their first child, Leila, in March 2023.

Earlier this year, the parents shared a joint post on social media celebrating their daughter’s first birthday in February.
