Prince Harry may consider a reconciliation with his father King Charles but he is not looking for a base in UK.
Recently, royal author Tom Quinn suggested that the Duke of Sussex, who is currently pursuing a legal case over his security in UK, was looking at properties in his home country, especially after the cancer diagnosis of his father.
However, a Vanity Fair source dismissed the claims of Prince Harry looking for property in the UK amid his ongoing legal battle.
Quinn had suggested to The Mirror that Harry, who won the right to continue a fight for enhanced security protection, is “determined to find his own permanent home in the UK, which is partly why he’s continuing his legal action to get the British taxpayer to pay for his security.”
The Duke stepped down from his senior royal position in 2020, alongside his wife Meghan Markle, and moved to the US to continue their life away from The Firm.
The couple was evicted from their Windsor home, Frogmore Cottage, which was a wedding gift by the late Queen Elizabeth to the couple, in early 2023, and moved their belongings from their five-bedroom home during the summer of that year.
The news comes amid reports that King Charles is planning a visit to America, which may also include a meeting with his “darling boy” and his two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
