Fardeen Khan discussed how he faced criticism for his appearance before his comeback and explained his approach to dealing with the situation.
In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, the 50-year-old actor revealed that he maintained a "thick skin" amidst the online trolling he faced following viral photos of his weight gain.
Talking about his "challenging time," the No Entry actor said, "It was a revelation of sorts. It was like, ‘Wow, it can go to this extent’. Of course, it was tough."
Fardeen also talked his learning from showbiz, and emphasized to accept the challenges without complaint.
He said, "But, you know, this business teaches you to have thick skin. You have to sometimes take a few knocks on the chin. Then again, you got to question how much importance you give everyone's opinion to feel validated yourself."
"I think you can kind of look at it philosophically, or you can look at it humorously, and find humor in it," Fardeen added.
Regarding his processional front, Fardeen Khan was last seen in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali's hit web-series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, released on May 1, 2024.
He is also set to appear in Housefull 5, the fifth installment of the Housefull franchise.
