Sonakshi Sinha already had a 'registered marriage' with Zaheer Iqbal? Find out

Reportedly, Sonakshi Sinha will tie the knot with her longtime boyfriend, actor Zaheer Iqbal, later this month.

As per a report from Zoom, the couple will have a civil ceremony on June 23, 2024, followed by a wedding celebration and maybe they have already had it secretly.

The 37-year-old actress' pal told, "I have received an invitation to celebrate with the couple on the evening of June 23. But there’s no mention of an actual wedding."

"From what I know, they have already gone through a registered marriage, or may do so on the morning of June 23. But there’s not going to be any elaborative wedding as such, just a party."

Recently, Sonakshi addressed rumors regarding her wedding with iDiva and said, "Firstly, it’s nobody’s business. Secondly, it is my choice, so I don’t know why people are so concerned about it."

"People ask me about my marriage more than my parents, so I find that very funny. Now, I am just used to it. It doesn’t bother me. People are curious, what can we do about it," she added.

Prior to this, a report from News18 Showsha stated that the wedding celebration will witness the presence of some of Bollywood's most prominent personalities.

A source told the outlet, "Apart from the Sinhas and the Ratansis, the ceremony will see many of Sonakshi and Zaheer’s close friends and peers."

"The lovebirds have extended an invite to Aayush Sharma, Huma Qureshi, and Varun Sharma, all of whom they share a deep friendship with."

Sonakshi and Zaheer have been reportedly in a relationship for two years. They initially met on the sets of Double XL.
