Alia Bhatt heaps praise on 'Kalki 2898 AD' trailer

The trailer of the highly anticipated Pan India film Kalki 2898 AD has garnered praise from several Bollywood celebrities and now, Alia Bhatt has also shared her reaction to the trailer.

Taking to her Instagram stories on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, the 31-year-old Bollywood diva shared the newly released trailer of Kalki 2898 AD.

Alia tagged all the actors in the film, including Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, and the director Nag Ashwin and penned, “this looks unreal,” accompanied by a clap emoji.

Kalki 2898 AD is a science fiction film purportedly drawing inspiration from Hindu scriptures. 

Set in the year 2898 AD, as indicated by its title, the movie delves into futuristic themes.

The movie, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Prabhas, and Disha Patani in pivotal roles, is scheduled for release in theaters on June 27, 2024.

Regarding her work front, Alia Bhatt's most recent appearance was in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani alongside Ranveer Singh. 

The actress has a few intriguing films lined up, with the first being Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War, alongside hubby Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.

She will also be seen in the film Jigra, set to release on September 26, 2024.
