Kajol, Ajay Devgn had to cut short their honeymoon trip due to THIS reason

Bollywood actress Kajol reminisced about the time when her actor-husband Ajay Devgn got "homesick" after 40 days of their two-month honeymoon and they had to cut short it.

During an old interview with Curly Tales, Kajol revealed that before her wedding with Ajay, she inquired him if he would go on a trip with her on which the Singham actor agreed.

The 49-year-old actress further divulged that the honeymoon time period was like an assessment for Ajay.

She stated, "Do you really wanna get married to me? Tell me. If you really want to get married to me then you’ll give me that honeymoon. He was like ‘Ok baby’. But at the end of the honeymoon, he just got tired."

"He was so homesick by the end of it. After 40 days he was like ‘I am tired, I have fever.’ He got home SICK! So I was like, 'Ok, we can go back now.'"

Ajay Devgn and Kajol tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony on February 24, 1999.

The Bollywood power couple share two children, a 21-year-old daughter Nysa and a 13-year-old son Yug.
