Janhvi Kapoor discussed the rumors about being replaced by Sara Ali Khan in Rohit Shetty's film, Simmba.
In an interview with The Lallantop, the 27-year-old actress refuted these claims about whether she had been replaced by Sara in Simmba, stating that they were not true.
The Bawaal actress said that since the movie has already been completed by someone else (Sara Ali Khan) and released, it wouldn't be fair to discuss it.
Janhvi also clarified that even if a film hasn't been announced after shooting is finished, she still wouldn't talk about it to anyone due to her superstitious nature.
She said that it wouldn't be like her to share such information, as she doesn't discuss a film even after being seen on the sets.
The Mili star divulged, "I am so scared of evil eye that even if someone spots me on a film's sets that it not officially not announced, I ask, 'Which film?' I am 100% sure that I didn't tell anyone about the film."
Professionally, Janhvi Kapoor's film, Mr & Mrs Mahi, alongside Rajkummar Rao in a leading role, directed by Sharan Sharmad is set to release in theaters on May 31, 2024.
