Shah Rukh Khan was 'was always well-mannered and a wonderful person', reveals Pradeep Rawat
It has been recently revealed that the Bollywood King, Shah Rukh Khan was a dedicated smoker, known for lighting one cigarette with another.
During an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Pradeep Rawat, Shah Rukh Khan's co-star in Koyla, shared insights about working with him.
He also expressed his surprise at seeing the 58-year-old actor smoke multiple cigarettes on set.
Sharing how "true chain smoker" the Don actor was, Pradeep known for his performance in films like Sarfarosh, 1999, Lagaan, 2001, portraying the role of antagonist in Ghajini revealed, “I wasn’t close to Shah Rukh during the shooting, but he was always well-mannered and a wonderful person."
"One thing I remember vividly is that I haven’t seen any other actor smoke as much as he did. He would light a cigarette, use it to light another, and then light yet another one."
"He was a true chain smoker. Nonetheless, his dedication to the film was undeniable," he added.
On the professional endeavor, Shah Rukh was last seen in the film Dunki, alongside Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal and others.
The film was released on December 21, 2023.
