Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez stage united front to quash split rumours
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez seemingly react to their divorce news
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez accused of stagging united front to put an end to their growing divorce rumours.
For the unversed, the couple attended a movie event with their children at the Aero Theatre in Brentwood, Los Angeles on Sunday.
Affleck and Lopez were photographed in a car on their way back home. Interestingly, the two passed huge smiles to the paparazzi, seemingly quashing the news of their marital woes.
However, body language expert Judi James claimed that their gesture looked 'performed' during an interview with The Mirror.
The expert shared, "The shot of Ben smiling out the car window while Jennifer adopts a similar smile beside and behind him is totally out of kilter in terms of any natural body language from the couple, both of whom have been tending to adopt more negative responses to the heavy press presence that has surrounded them since their marriage."
Speaking of the Air director, James pointed out Affleck's dislike towards the paparazzi culture, saying, "Ben in particular has shown himself to be allergic to this type of paparazzi attention so the wide smile does tend to look performed here."
It is pertinent to mention that for the past couple of days, reports have been circulating in the media that Affleck and Lopez are "heading for divorce."
However, the lovebirds made two public appearances together since the split rumours, giving a sign of relief to their fans.
