Jessica Biel advises fans to 'not copy her' amid viral TikTok trends

Jessica Biel, a renowned TikTok trendsetter, advised her followers not to blindly imitate everything they see her doing.
Especially, when it comes to eating in the shower, Biel urges fans to not take her seriously and "throw food on your face."
The 42-year-old actress talked about her "polarising" restroom activities during an interview on The View on Thursday, May 16. The video originally went viral on TikTok.
"I don’t know guys … It’s embarrassing. I think it’s polarizing to some people, but honestly, I don’t have a lot of time, I'm multitasking, and I don’t prioritise my food sometimes ... I’m not saying you should do it. Don’t do what I do," said Biel.
Instead, the mother of two suggested "mindful eating" to the audience.
"You should mindfully eat. Do not shove food in your face in the shower like me," she said. "But that’s what I was doing. And you know what, we’re not perfect. I’m not perfect."
As co-host Sara Haines interrupted that taking a shower is "the time where the kids don't barge in," noting that it is "one of the only doors that can keep them out," Biel quipped, "I don’t know, it doesn’t keep my kids out. I'm always like, 'Guys, please.' "
The Candy actress shares two sons; Phineas and Silas, with husband Justin Timberlake.
Earlier, Biel said on TikTok that she was soaking in 20 pounds of Epsom salt for 30 minutes to get ready for the big night before going to the 2024 Met Gala.
