Jennufer Lopez and Ben Affleck have sparked divorce rumors.

Ben Affleck was seen on a solo outing amid rumors of a potential split from his wife, Jennifer Lopez, as the Hollywood power couple were last pictured together seven weeks ago.

The actor was spotted leaving Baltaire restaurant in Los Angeles on Monday evening, accompanied by Sean Bailey, friend and former longtime president of Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Production.

Lopez was not present during Affleck's outing but was seen house-hunting in Beverly Hills the following day.

According to a TMZ report on Thursday, Affleck has been staying at a residence in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, separate from his A-list wife.

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez for comment regarding the couple's rumored split.

The celebrity duo, known as 'Bennifer,' were last seen together seven weeks ago, at the end of March, having lunch in New York City.

Reports emerged on Wednesday suggesting that the couple "just couldn’t make it work" and are heading for a split after less than two years of marriage.

A source told In Touch that Affleck has already moved out of their marital home. "The writing is on the wall – it's over," the insider stated, adding, "They're headed for a divorce – and for once, Ben's not to blame!"

The source alleged that Affleck has vacated the $60 million home he shared with her.

Lopez, a mother of two, was seen house hunting in Beverly Hills without Affleck on Tuesday. "He's focusing on his work and his kids now.

Ben already moved out, and they'll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for," the insider explained.

"They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can't control him, and he can't change her. There's no way it could have lasted."
