Renowned Pakistani drama actor Javeria Abbasi has sparked speculation about her second marriage with pictures from a proposal under the iconic Eiffel Tower in Paris.
The 51-year-old actor, who is the ex-wife and cousin of actor Shamoon Abbasi and sister of actor Anoushay Abbasi, hinted at the beginning of a ‘new relationship’ in her latest post on Instagram.
The slide show of images posted by Javeria didn’t show any faces but their caption made it obvious what was it about.
With a pretty ring on her engagement finger and her hand in the hand of a man, the pictures presented a perfect proposal in the city of love.
The Dil Diya Dehleez actor simply captioned the post as: “Beginning”, with a blue heart emoji.
The news of a dreamy proposal in the city of love was welcomed alike by Javeria’s friends and family. Various personalities from the entertainment industry reacted to the post with wishes and congratulations.
Javeria’s daughter, Anzela Abbasi and sister Anushay declared the pictures as “cute” in their comments with heart and evil eye emojis. Meanwhile, film actor Sana and drama actor Shagufta Ejaz also congratulated Javeria.
It may be noted that Javeria was married to Shamoon in 1997 and welcomed Anzela in 1998. However, the couple parted ways in 2009.
Shamoon, on the other hand, has married twice after Javeria. His relationship with second wife, actor and model Humaima Malik also failed soon after their marriage.
The Waar actor tied the knot once again in 2023 with Sherry Shah.
