Kriti Sanon opened up about being a tall actress in Bollywood, revealing that her height did not create any difficulty in her work.
In conversation with Pinkvilla, the actress quoted the examples of her tall fellow and senior actresses, who have successful careers in the film industry.
She said, "There are so many tall women in our industry whether it is Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor. Sushmita Sen (for example) has been there since when!"
The Heropanti actress admitted that she is proud of her height. She added, "I think it's one of the reasons I can carry anything and everything. Please don't think it's tough for tall women to be anywhere."
Kriti also shared that she did not face any apprehension while working with actors shorter than her height.
She said, "I have worked with many actors who are shorter than me and I don't think it matters at the end of it. When you look for chemistry it's all about the face, it's all about acting."
While quoting Salman Khan, Kriti stated, "I don't think height has any role to play and I heard Salman sir had told someone 'You carry your height, I'll carry mine'."
On the professional front, the actress was last seen in a blockbuster film, Crew, co-starring Kareena Kapoor Khan and Tabu.
