Princess Anne honours extraordinary people at Buckingham Palace
Princess Anne, who represented his brother King Charles at several occasion since his cancer diagnosis, has once again stepped in for the monarch.
The Princess Royal presented honours to extraordinary people during investitures held at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle this week.
Royal family's social media accounts shared the photos of the hardworking royal on Friday, congratulating to all those who have received their honours.
The palace also shared the list of the recipients which includes:
-- Diana Parkes CBE for services to vulnerable children.
-- Paul Hollywood OBE for services to broadcasting
-- Dame Felicity Dahl DBE for services to philanthropy, to literature and to young people.
-- Rhiane Fatinikun MBE for services to nature and to diversity.
The latest post come hours after Prince William attended memorial service of Major Mike Sadler, the last of the wartime SAS ‘Originals’. Sadler, who navigated the deserts of North Africa by the stars, died at the age of 103 in January.
