Mom-to-be Deepika Padukone gives a peek into her new skill learning

Mom-to-be Deepika Padukone brought joy to her fans by sharing her experience of learning embroidery and offering glimpses of acquiring this new skill.

Taking to her Instagram account on Wednesday, the 38-year-old Bollywood diva shared a post, featuring a picture of the embroidery she's currently working on. 

The image displays a reference picture of a flower motif with green leaves that the Fighter actress attempting to replicate as she learns the skill.

The Om Shanti Om actress captioned the post, “Hopefully il be able to share the completed version!”

As soon as Deepika shared the post, fans instantly took to the comment section to express their thoughts.

One user wrote, “I think this is phulkari and it done when a mom is pregnant it will gifted to her baby,” while another commented, “She embroiders for her little one.”

A third user penned, “Mama padukone in her knitting era," a fourth one wrote, “Hopefully you will share your baby bump too,” opined a user.”

It is pertinent to mention here that Deepika Padukone and her husband-actor Ranveer Singh revealed that their first child is expected to arrive in September of this year.
