Bollywood celebrities and brothers, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan discussed failed marriages and relationships.

During their appearance at podcast Dumb Biryani, Arbaaz and Sohail delved into the factors contributing to modern-day broken marriages and relationships.

Sohail expressed the view that every relationship has an expiration date, emphasizing the importance of moving on when the excitement fades.

He said, "We get pressured into relationships, about what’s going to happen to the other person or yourself. There’s a whole world out there. Till when it lasts, and till when you’re happy together."

"Keep the relationship going, don’t make it sour. Because that’s when negative feelings about the other person come into you.”

He continued, “Everything comes with an expiry. You buy a medicine, you buy a chocolate, you call for food. When you lose excitement in a relationship, amicably move on. Communication is the best thing.”

Arbaaz, who is also a film director, discussed his perspective on relationships and stressed the significance of commitment.

He explained his point by saying, “The most important time to get into a relationship is when you’re willing to give rather than receive. Most people get into relationships wanting to receive. And they forget about what they bring to the table, what they have to offer."

"Until and unless you’re getting into a relationship to give, there’s no reason why you should be getting into a relationship. If you’re only going to be the recipient, it’s not going to work for the other person beyond a point of time.”

Discussing the importance of commitment, Arbaaz shared, "If you just stay with fleeting feelings, today I feel for you, tomorrow I don't, marriages and relationships will break every second day," he said.

For the unversed Arbaaz Khan was previously married to Malaika Arora but parted ways after 19 years of marriage. He recently tied the knot with Sshura Khan.

Sohail Khan was married to Seema Sachdev from 1998 to 2022.
