Diljit Dosanjh reminisced about how Kareena Kapoor Khan made him feel at ease on the sets of Udta Punjab, saying, "I felt great."
In a recent interview, the 40-year-old singer discussed his experience of working with Kareena Kapoor Khan in his debut Hindi film and reflected on the comfortable atmosphere she created on set.
The Ghost singer said, “My first day of shoot for a Hindi movie was with Kareena Kapoor (in Udta Punjab). At that time, I was like, ‘I have watched the movies of this actor with whom I am working today.’ So, that was one great moment.”
Moreover, Diljit also mentioned that the Jab We Met actress shared something wonderful with him.
“She said that her staff would like to get photos with me. That was a huge deal for me. I never ever thought I would even meet her in life," he said.
"Our scene hasn’t started yet. So, big artists like her cool you down when you’re working with them for the first time. I understood why she said so, to make me comfortable. I felt great,” Diljit added.
On the professional front, Diljit was last seen alongside in Crew alongside Kareena, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon.
He is now set to appear alongside Parineeti Chopra in Amar Singh Chamkila, scheduled for theatrical release on April 12, 2024.
