Priyanka Chopra is set to provide the voice for Disney's new movie called Tiger, which she said as a story that mothers will really connect with.
Disney revealed in a statement that the 41-year-old actress will tell the fascinating tale of Tigers, exploring the fascinating life of these highly respected and charming animals.
Showing her enthusiasm for the project, Priyanka said, “It’s just wonderful to be able to be a part of something so special and to tell the story of this magnificent animal that comes from my country I was very honored.”
Discussing the connection of the story, she also mentioned, “I have always loved tigers and I feel a kinship with the female tiger—I feel very protective of my family. Ambar’s journey is something I think every mom would really relate to.”
The movie focuses on Ambar, a young mother tiger raising her babies in the famous forests of India.
As per Disney, the movie depicts that "the cubs—curious, rambunctious and at times a bit clumsy have a lot to learn from their savvy mother who will do all she can to keep them safe from pythons, bears and marauding male tigers."
