A recently surfaced video from Sara Ali Khan's 2013 graduation ceremony at Dhirubhai Ambani International School has caused a stir online. 

In the video, the 28-year-old actress is addressed as Sara Sultan while receiving her graduation certificate from Nita Ambani and Aamir Khan. 

Meawhile, Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh are seen in the audience.

After the video surfaced online, internet users quickly filled the comment section with their thoughts and questions as many were puzzled about why Sara was called Sara Sultan instead.

One user inquired, "So their last name is Sultan?????" while another penned, "Sultan is her official surname because of maternal grandmother. It's Sara Ali Khan Sultan."

Another wrote, "I had no idea because all of them use the same Pataudi surname."

On the work front, Sara will next be seen in Murder Mubarak, a Netflix thriller featuring Pankaj Tripathi, Karisma Kapoor, and Vijay Varma, releasing on March 15, 2024.

Another highly anticipated film on Sara's horizon is Ae Watan Mere Watan, inspired by true events, where she takes on the role of the courageous freedom fighter, Usha Mehta, amidst the backdrop of the Quit India Movement in 1942.

The film is set to release on Amazon Prime on March 21, 2024.
