Kate Middleton to ‘support’ uncle’s appearance at ‘Celebrity Big Brother’

Kate Middleton would be humouring her uncle Gary Goldsmith as he makes his TV debut at Celebrity Big Brother.

When asked during an interview with AJ Odudu and Will Best on ITV, whether the Princess of Wales will be watching the programme, Gary joked that the future Queen will be sneaking a peek into the show.

“If so, it’ll be behind the sofa!” Gary quipped.

Currently, the Princess of Wales is recovering from her ‘planned abdominal surgery’ which she underwent back in January. The royal is not expected to return to royal engagements until after Easter holidays.

Kate had not been seen in the public in the last two months which sparked a lot of concerns regarding her health. Despite assurances from the Kensington Palace that she had been “doing well,” it did not help dim down the rumours.

However, the Princess of Wales resurfaced on Monday for the first time since December. She was sat in the passenger seat of an Audi being driven by her mom, Carole, near Windsor Castle.

Middleton attempted to keep a low profile in a pair of sunglasses and a slight smile. The appearance had the finally put the controversies surrounding her health at rest.
