Karan Johar recently released a video, paying tribute to unsung heroes.
The video also offered an insight into Sara Ali Khan’s upcoming starrer Ae Watan Mere Watan’s trailer release date.
With her upcoming project, Sara steps into the role of Usha Mehta, who is an inspirational freedom fighter.
KJo dropped a teaser paying tribute to all the national heroes of the country and their phenomenal tales, revealing the Love Aaj Kal star’s character to the audience.
In the post, Johar took to his Instagram, where he introduced Sara's character, a courageous 22-year-old freedom fighter, who broke down the shackles of slavery against the British rule in pre-partation India.
Usha showcased immense amount of valor, fearlessly fighting against oppression during the 1942 Quit India Movement.
