Anushka Sharma is expecting her second child with Virat Kohli

Anushka Sharma is expecting her second child with her husband, Virat Kohli, confirmed by the former South Africa captain AB de Villiers. 

Amid the strong speculations of the Bollywood actress' pregnancy, AB de Villiers revealed that the power couple's 'second child is on the way.'

As reported by Pinkvilla, the former cricket player revealed the exciting news during a Q&A session on his YouTube channel on Saturday. 

He said, "I did text him, hear from him. I cannot give too much information, all I know is he's fine and spending a bit of time with his family. That's the reason for missing the first few Test matches against England." 

While admiring Kohli for being there for his family in the hour of need, AB de Villiers said, "Yes, his second child is on the way. Yes, it's family time, and things are important to him."

"If you are not true and genuine to yourself, you lose track of what you are here for. I think most people's priority is family. You can't judge Virat for that," he added. 

Anushka and Virat tied the knot in December 11, 2017 in an intimate wedding ceremony in Italy.

The couple welcomed a daughter named Vamika in January 2021.
