Kareena Kapoor recently disclosed that her husband and actor Saif Ali Khan inspires her to take challenging roles in movies.
During the Film Companion actors’ round table, the Jab We Met star was asked from which actor she would love to seek guidance about her upcoming projects.
In response, the B-town diva quickly said that she doesn’t need to look outside for any advice as her partner has a "cinematic mind himself."
While showering praise on Saif, she said, "He watches a lot of movies and we discuss a lot of films. He is also quite pathbreaking because he is one of the first actors who went to the OTT platform with Sacred Games."
The actress went on to admire her husband's "crazy mind as an actor," saying, "He has been a risk taker, he is wild in his thoughts, he reads a lot, watches a lot of actors’ interviews at 2 or 3 in the morning..."
Notably, Kareena's recent projects, including, Jaane Jaan and Laal Singh Chaddha, highlighted Saif's notable impact on her choices.
The actress recently opened up about her approach towards script selection, admitting that her main focus at the moment is to perform distinct characters.
On the professional front, Kareena will be next seen in Hansal Mehta's The Buckingham Murders, in which she will be portraying role of a detective.
