Alia Bhatt candidly revealed how she maintains her fit physique
Alia Bhatt opened up about her intense workout routine when hosting a ‘Sunday Fun Day – Ask Me Anything’ session on Instagram.
According to The Times of India, the actress touched upon a variety of subjects that ranged from her workout routine to her favorite cuisines.
The Gangubai Kathiawadi actor addressed a fan’s question related to her exercise regimen, revealing that she works out “six days a week!".
"Unless I'm traveling or not well,"the actress quipped.
She further emphasised: "I do strength training four times a week and yoga/pilates along with some steady-state cardio the rest of the week. But I am always mixing it up because you don't want your body to get too used to anything…Always a work-in-progress kinda girl."
The Darlings actress was asked about the "advice she would offer her younger self," the 30-year-old admitted that she would love to listen more and speak less.
The actress emphasised on the perks of being an active listener, stating that it prevents one from slipping up.
