What Barbara Pierce Bush, Jenna Bush Hager, Jennifer Coolidge did in private parties?

Barbara Pierce Bush and Jenna Bush Hager are reminiscing about an exciting evening spent with Jennifer Coolidge — the 41-year-old twin sisters were speaking about The White Lotus when they reflected on their pleasant recollections of a chance meeting with Coolidge a few years prior.

While usual co-host Hoda Kotb was away on Thursday, Barbara, who guest presented "Today" with Hoda & Jenna with her sister, expressed her "love" for Coolidge and made Jenna remember that they "once hung out with Jennifer Coolidge at a bar."

“It was right after she was Stifler’s mom,” Barbara said, referencing the actress’ career-launching role in American Pie in 1999.

“We took watermelon shots, do you remember?” Jenna asked, to which Barbara said the shots were “gross.”

“No, no they were delicious!” Jenna disagreed. “The watermelon shot was good!”

Barbara joined her sister on the morning programme this week for the second time, joining the fraternal twin daughters of former President George W. Bush on Thursday.

As the sisters considered the teachings they had learned from their father and the legacy of their late grandmother, Barbara, a guest on the show on Tuesday, spoke with Kotb and Jenna about family.

In addition, Jenna and Barbara discussed a mutual preteen crush that led to conflict in the Bush home since they couldn't agree on who the boy preferred more.

The sisters' third picture book together, Love Comes First, was published on Tuesday. It is a sequel to Sisters First, their 2019 #1 New York Times hit.

The story of the book is about a group of sisters who wish upon a star to have a sibling and end up with a new cousin and younger brother.

Barbara told the New York Times that they were motivated to create a book that was "more broadly about love and the way that it can be, via family or chosen family, bigger than sisterhood," rather than focusing on sisterly love.
