PESHAWAR: A man allegedly shot his wife dead in the Afghan Colony over a petty issue on Tuesday. It was learnt that one Jawad allegedly opened fire on his wife Naeema after an exchange of harsh words. The woman died on the spot. Her body was taken to the city morgue while a case was registered against the accused who had escaped after committing the crime.
