PESHAWAR: Federal Minister for Law and Justice Muhammad Farogh Naseem met KP Law Minister Sultan Muhammad Khan on Thursday to discuss the effective implementation of Civil Procedure Code in KP. Barrister Farogh Naseem said it was the aim of the government to cut time and cost of litigation and amendment to the CPC is a major step in that direction. The KP law minister agreed that the introduction of two-tier system in the Civil Procedure Code would be helpful in providing speedy justice to the litigants, said an official handout.
