MANSEHRA: A woman was crushed to death by a speeding car in Mundhiar area here on Sunday. Police said Ashrafa Bibi was crossing the road when a speeding car ran over her. The locals rushed her to the King Abdullah Teaching Hospital where doctors pronounced her dead. Police lodged first information report against Abid Ahmad, the driver of vehicle driver, who according to locals managed to flee. The police have started raids to arrest accused stated to be a resident of Pugla area.
