PESHAWAR: Three bullet-riddled bodies were found dumped in the limits of Matani Police Station on the outskirts of the provincial capital on Thursday, police said.
An official of Matani Police Station said that acting on information from the locals, the police recovered the bullet-riddled bodies of three unidentified men from Saran Khwar. The official said the bodies were taken to the Khyber Medical College (KMC) for postmortem. He said the ages of the slain persons ranged between 20 to 30. He said one of them was wore a beard.
Meanwhile, a woman was killed in the city due to family dispute. The police said that one Azad Khan lodged the first information report with Kotwali Police Station, alleging that his second wife Zeenat was killed by Saeed Iqbal and Imran, who were the relatives of his first wife Nargis. The police booked the accused and conducted raids to arrest them.
