Brad Pitt suffers public heartbreak for fourth time from 'estranged' kids

Brad Pitt is a father of six, but reportedly most of them, if not all, are estranged from him.

As proof, Maddox — whom the actor adopted in 2006 — opted to drop his surname 'Pitt,' according to TMZ.

Legal paperwork, according to the report, is filed, which cited "personal" reasons for the change.

Soon, it appears, the 24-year-old will be Maddox Chivan Jolie from Maddo Jolie-Pitt.

A clue of what transpired today was first spotted by eagle-eyed fans earlier this year.

In Angelina Jolie's movie Couture, Maddox worked as an assistant director.

However, what caught the fans' attention was his credit in the movie as 'Maddox Jolie.'

It was a stark change from what were his credits on Maria — in the same assistant director role — as 'Maddox Jolie-Pitt.'

The young director has become the latest child of Jolie-Pitt to drop the latter's surname.

Shiloh, the ex-couple's first biological child, decided to remove the surname as soon as she turned 18.

Similarly, her sistersVivienne Marcheline and Zahara Marley have opted for the 'Jolie' surname in public.

Fateful 2016 flight

Jolie and Pitt reportedly had a dust-up on a flight to Los Angeles from France.

All immediate family members were on the private plane.

It was alleged Pitt — in an inebriated state — attacked Jolie and one of their kids.

Though the actor denied all accusations.

Further, the investigations into the matter were closed. While no criminal charges were pressed on Pitt.

But Jolie filed for divorce from him, and amid their divorce settlement, the former couple had a testy legal battle overFrench winery Château Miraval, which they shared.
